Every day, find a way to help someone with something small without expecting anything in return.

Dedicate 10 minutes to write down your personal goals, and each day take at least one action that reflects your commitment to those goals.

At the end of each day, make a list of 3 actions you took for good or to improve yourself and those around you, and share one action with a close person to encourage them to take action as well.
