Write a 'Good Journal' – every evening write down at least one good thing that happened during the day, and express gratitude for it, even if it is small or taken for granted.

At least once a day, share with a close person in words, a message, or a conversation about the good I experienced, thus spreading joy and gratitude to those around me.

Every evening, I will pause for a moment and write down three good things that were given to me during the past day, to train my heart to rejoice and be grateful.
