Adopt a 'Day Without What Will Happen If' - choose a day of the week where you commit to saying 'yes' to one thing you would usually avoid due to fear or concern about the unknown.

Create a 'Journal of Fears That Were Dispelled' - a short record of times when you overcame the fear of 'what will happen if' and did something anyway, and the outcome was positive or at least not as terrible as you feared.

Practice 'Positive Reversal' - whenever the question 'what will happen if...' arises in a negative sense, stop and also ask the alternative question: 'What if it actually succeeds? What if it’s wonderful?' to balance your perception of risk.
