Every day, perform a small act of kindness for someone else, like helping a neighbor or encouraging a friend.

At the end of each day, write in a notebook three good things you received today, to remember the rewards of the good you do.

Throughout the week, initiate a community action such as a donation drive or providing help to those in need, believing that good comes back.
