Create 'leadership with courage' - in any situation where there is a group or team, choose to lead positive initiatives: propose ideas first, take on difficult tasks, or encourage others to act, with the intent of being the first to move and not waiting for others to do it.

In every environment you enter (work, home, community), ask yourself 'How can I leave this place better than I found it?' and act according to the answer, believing that leadership is about taking responsibility for improvement.
