The sticker expresses Shlomi's journey and the values he instilled in his soldiers: determination, perseverance, and belief in the power of small steps along the way. The motto "It is not the drop that carves the rock by virtue of its strength, but by virtue of its perseverance" accompanied him through challenges and paths and became a principle he passed on to his subordinates. This is his legacy: to be strong, not to give up even in the face of difficulty, and to understand that shared perseverance can carve through any rock.
