Dedicate a moment each day to count in your heart three things you have – people, experiences, or even small moments – and say thank you for them, even quietly to yourself.

Instead of focusing on what you lack or what others have, concentrate on seeing what you do have – and if possible, share with someone close one small thing you are grateful for today.

Keep a daily gratitude journal – each evening write down at least one thing you are thankful for from the day that has passed, even if it is small and simple.
