Check where you feel significant and needed, and choose to invest your time and energy in the places where you have something to give and influence.

Remember that every person is unique – discover your strengths, give them space, and choose to be in a place where you are appreciated – and always do this with a smile.

Once a week, stop to ask yourself: Where was I truly significant this week? And if not – how can I change and choose a place or role where I truly contribute.
